Right on Kristen! Way to take action!
That early morning walk sure can help clear your thoughts and prepare you for the day ahead.
I do my 10 minute quickie cardio at 6am, then I check email, go into a couple forums, and tweet a little before I get the kids ready for school.
After I get the kids on the bus I go for a bike ride which really clears my head and generates some great business building ideas.
I am so excited to see the incredible success that you achieve in fitness, business, and life.
You ROCK!
