I’m on Day 6 of The Fat Loss Quickie Home Office Fitness Program and giving my update on the Transformation Contest.
I was very excited to see Scott’s email this a.m. even though I was surprised it didn’t have my workout videos but instead a great motivational mp3 that I could load into my walking mp3 player AND more great healthy recipes. One of the recipes was for a Lentil Stew and I can’t wait to try it out for dinner tonight because my daughter loves lentils and soup so I’m sure this will be a huge (and healthy) hit in my house.
Take a peak at one of the action steps I took this week- not a huge one, but it’s still an action step to increasing my energy and focus every day while sitting at the computer. Hi!. Thanks for the blog. I?ve been digging around looking some info up for a project, but i think i?m getting lost!. Google lead me here ? good for you i guess! Keep up the good work. I will be popping back over in a few days to see if there is updated posts.
