Trademark Registration can be an overwhelming process. When I first got serious about my product and had to look at Trademark Registration I was lucky that I had my local Center for Women and Enterprise that provided me great, low cost, legal consultations so I could get started in the right direction until I found a lawyer to handle my Trademark Registrations.
