I’m Kristen Arnold, founder of Moms Business Coach. I am a life long resident of Massachusetts where times get crazy with four young kids, animals and often a litter of puppies or kittens that I foster from the local animal shelter.
I started online by bringing my own product to the market, including setting up a wholesale/dropship distribution channel but retired that business when I realized my real passion lies in the world of online marketing. A little more about me…because you never know, we may have more in common
I am a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Stockbridge School of Agriculture with a degree in Equine Industries (the business of horses). I hope to get back into horses and agriculture – including raising Alpacas- when the kids get a little older.
After UMASS I returned to my home town and worked in several social service positions including therapeautic horseback riding, therapeautic recreation coordinator in an assisted living for memory impaired elders and an overnight teacher in a school for Autism before venturing into Human Resources and New Business Development in the Corporate World.
I spent the last several years learning how to start my own business after beginning my family. I’m proud of teaching myself the nuts & bolts of online business, how to manufacture, distribute and market my own products and helping other women how to start their own business to follow their dreams of earning an income while being at home.
Recently I have become more involved in consulting and offering insights and advice to new or inspiring business owners pulling from my experiences and lessons (as well as many mistakes) learned to help others save time, money and achieve success faster. I also teach offline classes for the Women of Center and Enterprise. While four kids doesn’t leave much “spare” time, when not working or chasing kids you can find me spending time outside, walking, cooking, gardening or on the Maine coast.
